  Dr. Moore and all of the staff at the Monticello Family Medicine on a scale of 1-10 rate 20+++++. That is my opinion and I feel sure that there are many others out there who feel the same way. Dr. Moore previously practiced in Macon and was my daughters doctor. She later moved her practice to Primary Care in Monticello . My husband obtained employment at Ga. Pacific and began seeing Dr. Thompson as this location. I saw Dr. Moores' name on a card from and verified that she was the doctor that saw my daughter in Macon.She gave Dr. Moore rave reviews and I was looking for a new doctor at the time and called and made an appointment, That was one the best choices I have ever made, She had always given her rave reviews and I now know why. Starting with the remarkable staff. I never have to wait for long lengths of time to see her . She is ever so compassionate and puts me so at ease that I can confide in her and tell her anything without the fear of being judged. That is a rare quality in a doctor from my past experience. She and her staff go to any and all lengths to make your visit a most positive experience from Kim, to Alice and Kay. Dr, Moores nurse, Vicki and medication nurse Debbie are the best of the best and compliment Dr, Moore perfectly. Last but not least the lab technician is also so kind, patient and gentle which makes some not so great procedures the smoothest and gentle possible. I cannot think of anything that has been negative about this office and the people responsible for making things happen with a smile on their face and gentle voice. I could go on for days but I think you get my message and feelings about each of them,.and she is so personal and compassionate that I feel so ease with her. Its worth the drive from Macon t o Monticello for me just to have the experience that I always have and will continue to have with Dr. Moore and her staff.. They make you feel wanted and that they genuinely care. They are always pleasant and I feel so comfortable with Dr.Moore. I feel that she really takes her time with each patient and that she listens, really listens to any and everything I talk with her about. Yet feeling that she takes her time with all of her patients she still manages to have short waiting periods for her patients. That is a hard thing to do but she does it to perfection and I know that her wonderful staff contribute to her success.I have alwaysbeen one that hated to go to the doctor but I actually look forward to my appointments. From Kim, Alice and Kays warm smile and greeting to Dr. Moores nurse Vicki who I love talking to and catching up since the last visit to Debbie who I talk with when I have a medication need. She works so hard and I'm sure her phone rings off of the hook but you can almost see her smile in her perky and very friendly, helpful and compassion manner any time I call her and I know it gets done . I cannot remember the lab technicians name I'm ashamed to admit but she even makes your visit so comfortable and easy with her soothing manner even with the job she has of sticking people for one thing. She is very gentle and has never ever hurt or made me uncomfortable about drawing blood. I just can't think of one negative thing or experience I have ever had with anyone in that office. I do admit I don't always look forward to the drive from Macon but it is well worth it and I will do it as long as she is practicing there or anywhere else. In closing THANKS TO DR. MOORE AND HER STAFF. THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST.
